MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is the fastest growing sport in the world. This class incorporates MMA into a high energy fitness class and is taught by professional fighters. This class will teach you the same cardio & strength techniques that our own fighters use to get in to world class fighting shape. Students will work on a variety of bag work combined with cardio & strength training drills and techniques. MMA Fitness is one of the most efficient and effective workouts for getting you in top physical condition. All skill levels are welcome.
